Who we are

A&M Cleaning Services ("we", "us") provides window cleaning services in West London. You can contact us on 07956 198445.

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this website we collect the information you choose to give us:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your mobile number;
• the contents of your message.

We also receive a small amount of technical information automatically when you submit the form (for example your IP address), which is used only to check that the submission is genuine and to keep the form free of spam.

Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to book us, to provide the service. Our lawful basis for this is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers.

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, the bot protection used to keep the contact form free of spam.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) delivers the email that carries your message to us.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these rights, contact us by phone or using the contact form.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell humans and bots apart.
